An Italian Feast in Clerkenwell raising money for DrugFAM, supporting physical and emotional wellbeing for individuals as well as improving lives for troubled families.
In partnership with my good friends at Grub Club we’ve secured the beautiful space of the Holy Redeemer Church in Clerkenwell and are delighted to work in conjunction with “My home from Umbria” and the wonderful Assia who is going to wow us with an Italian feast – pop up dining at its finest.
We’ll share 4 courses together, Italian wine and provide plenty of opportunity to get to know who I am certain will be a diverse, inspiring and fascinating mix of people.
What is the purpose?
To get the ball rolling we will be raising bit of cash for a charity that I have recently had experience of and would really like to give something back. DrugFAM is a small charity helping friends and family of those that have been close to addiction. A sometimes unloved topic yet a very worthy cause.
We’re also planning an inspirational speaking slot or three and there’ll be a few brief words around what I hope the Atmosphere Foundation might become.
So how does it work?
A ticket is £55 and includes food, a welcome drink and some vino to get us started. There’ll be a cash bar where all profits will go to the cause …and a few other surprises to help us make the night inspiring, fun and amazing.
(all going well we may even hear a concert pianist!)

Umbrian mix antipasto: different kinds of Salame Umbro, Pecorino Della Val d'Orcia, bruschettine with little cherries tomatoes and basil served with a glass of red DOC wine from Umbria
Timballo with tomatoes and mozzarella
La Casella suckling pigs with fresh salads and caramelized berries
Tiramisu
